Six specialised programs, one shared goal - helping your child grow into their best self.
Every child on the autism spectrum is unique - so no two therapy plans look the same. We start with a thorough assessment, then design a personalised program drawing from one or more of our specialised services. All under one roof, with a coordinated team that talks to each other every week.
Helping children find their voice - verbal, non-verbal, or somewhere in between.
Whether your child is non-verbal, has limited speech, or struggles with conversation, our speech-language pathologists work to build communication that's functional, meaningful, and tailored to them.
Building the skills children need for everyday life - from holding a pencil to managing sensory overload.
Our OTs help children develop fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and the practical skills that make daily routines easier - for them and for you.
A learning environment built around how your child actually learns best.
Our special educators design adapted curricula that meet children where they are - combining academic learning with life skills, in small groups or one-on-one. CBSE-aligned where appropriate, but always individualised.
You're not alone in this - and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
Parenting a child with autism brings unique joys and unique challenges. Our family support program gives you practical strategies, emotional support, and a community of parents walking the same road.
A structured day program for older children stepping into pre-teen and teen years.
The middle years bring new challenges - shifting friendships, academic pressure, sensory changes, and the start of independence. Our Middle Year Program is designed for children aged 8 and above, blending academics, life skills, and social learning into a steady weekly routine that meets each child where they are.
Building the everyday skills that lead to real independence.
For teens and young adults preparing for life beyond school, our Pre-Vocational Training Program builds the practical skills that matter most - work habits, task completion, money handling, communication at a workplace, and the confidence to try new things. Each plan is tailored to the child's interests, abilities, and family goals.
Therapy and parent guidance from your home, with the same warmth and structure.
For families outside Varanasi, families with travel or scheduling constraints, and parents who simply want a calmer, more familiar environment for their child, our online sessions bring ArambH's care to your screen. Live one-on-one video sessions, parent-coaching meetings, and follow-up reviews - all guided by the same RCI-registered team.
From your first call to ongoing therapy - here's what to expect.
We start with a 30-minute call to understand your child, your concerns, and answer your questions - at no cost.
A detailed in-person assessment with our clinical team - usually 2 sessions - to understand your child's profile.
We design a therapy plan tailored to your child's goals, strengths, and areas of growth - and walk you through it.
Sessions start. Progress is tracked weekly. Plans evolve every month based on what's working.
You don't need to know! That's what the assessment is for. Our team will recommend the right combination of therapies - sometimes one, often two or three working together - based on your child's specific profile.
It varies. Some children show progress within weeks; for others, meaningful change takes months. We share monthly progress reports so you can see exactly what's happening - no guessing.
We work with children from age 18 months through 16+ years. Earlier intervention generally leads to better outcomes - but it's never too late to start.
Most sessions are 45 minutes, one-on-one with a therapist, in a dedicated therapy room. We use play, structured activities, and visual supports - depending on your child's age and needs.
Yes - and many do. We schedule sessions before school, after school, or during weekends. We also offer school-shadow programs for children who need extra support during school hours.
Fees vary by therapy type and session frequency. After the free consultation, we'll share a transparent fee structure with no hidden costs. Family discounts and payment plans are available.
Social Skills Groups
Friendship is a skill - and like any skill, it can be learned.
Small-group sessions where children practise the building blocks of social interaction: turn-taking, sharing, reading emotions, starting conversations. In a safe, low-pressure setting with peers.
- Age-matched small groups (4-6 children)
- Structured activities with real social practice
- Turn-taking, sharing, conflict resolution
- Emotional literacy and perspective-taking
